Pawlenty And Bachmann Undecided If Gays Are As Harmful As Second Hand Smoke

We all know breathing in second hand smoke isn’t good for you. In fact the reality is if you’re forced to for a long enough period in your life it can kill you. As far as we’re aware though being gay isn’t something that has the same health risks (though sadly death is still an option in many homophobic countries that may still sentence you to death for your sexuality)… for example have you read any research on the harmful benefits of emitting gayness? No we haven’t either…

However it seems that  Republican Tim Pawlenty and Congresswoman Michele Bachmann have because when appearing at the Iowa’s Family Leader seminar comparing being gay to second hand smoke neither of them were totally sure that those rainbow colored genes of ours weren’t actually going to act to do anyone any damage. In fact that’s being easy on them, Bachmann was so unsure that she couldn’t even come up with an answer… and these are the people making the decisions on how to run the country…
